Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

 

At DCSabers, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. This delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we deliver our products to customers within the United Kingdom and internationally.

DCSabers WILL NOT undervalue packages sent to international destinations, this is fraud, and if found out there is a penalty of up to £10.000 per parcel fine.

 

2. Delivery Areas

 

We deliver our products to customers within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Please note that some countries may have import restrictions or additional fees for certain products. It is the customer's responsibility to check their local customs regulations before placing an order as to avoid unexpected fees.

 

3. Delivery Charges

 

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the delivery destination. The total delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

4. Delivery Times

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after the completion of your custom Lightsaber. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

- United Kingdom: 1-3 business days through Royal Mail 

- Rest of the World: 5-15 business days Through UPS

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

 

6. Failed Deliveries

 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is not available to receive the package, the courier may return the package to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to resend the package.

 

7. Customs and Import Duties

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon the arrival of the package in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

 

9. Changes and Cancellations

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
